Monash Accommodation Pty Ltd offers quality accommodation at Clayton, Victoria ideally suited to the needs of international and local students studying at Monash University and its affiliated colleges, Clayton.

Privately-owned, its twin residential facilities at 2 Arnott St ("Monash Accommodation") and 42 Wellington Rd ("Monash Campus Apartments") are strategically located across the main entrance to the University, and are designed for students seeking to live in a safe, quiet and homely environment.

The friendly management of Monash Accommodation Pty Ltd is experienced and most familiar with the requirements of overseas students. The management endeavours to assist newly arrived overseas students wherever possible.

Security on the premises is tight with access to the building only by intercom or card-key. No outsiders are allowed onto the premises before registering at the Office.
