Facilities

All bedrooms are heated with a private ensuite bathroom and kitchenette for light cooking. Each room contains a bed, desk, chair, armchair, walk-in wardrobe and bookshelves. Students are required to provide their own pillows and bedlinen. A study-lamp may also be necessary. 

Rooms at Monash Campus Apartments are also furnished with dining furniture, fridge and gas/hood appliances. Students must pay for their own electricity/power and telephone usage. Only gas and water consumption are included in the rent.

Coin operated washing machines and dryers and located within a common laundry room along with a vacuum cleaner and iron.

At Monash Accommodation, a multi purpose/dining room located on the ground floor is designed for group study and meeting friends.

Parking is available on street level at both Monash Accommodation and Monash Campus Apartments with each tenant entitled to one car-park lot.
