    No, we are a private accommodation, we do not have any official affiliation with Monash University
  • WHAT KIND OF APARTMENTS DO YOU OFFER?
    We offer 30 Fully Furnished Single Apartments at 2-4 Arnott street Clayton 3168. All Single Apartments are fully furnished and come with a kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. We cover water, gas and wifi usages in the rent. All the residents have to pay for their own electricity usage. We will offer 130 Brand New Fully Furnished Single Apartments from 1 June 2025 at 40-44 Wellington Road, Clayton 3168. We cover all the utilities (water, gas, wifi and electricity) in the rent.
  • CAN MY FRIEND AND I LIVE IN ONE SINGLE APARTMENT?
    No, our apartments are designed for single occupancy only, so each resident must have their own apartment.
  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN APARTMENTS AT 2-4 ARNOTT STREET AND 40-44 WELLINGTON ROAD?
    Monash Accommodation – 2–4 Arnott Street Apartment sizes: approx. 24–28 sqm Rent: From $360 per week (2025 rate, 12-month lease) Inclusions: Water, gas, and Wi-Fi included; residents arrange their own electricity Monash Accommodation – 40–44 Wellington Road Our brand new, purpose-built student accommodation Apartment sizes: 24–42 sqm Rent: From $550–$650 per week (before 20% launch discount) Inclusions: All utilities covered – water, gas, Wi-Fi, and electricity
  • WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE SINGLE APARTMENT?
    Each single apartment includes: Heating, a private ensuite bathroom, and a kitchenette for light cooking Furnishings: single bed frame and mattress, study desk, chair, armchair, built-in wardrobe, bookshelf, full-size fridge, and microwave Please note: Students need to provide their own pillows, bed linen, and cooking utensils.

  • HOW IS RENT CALCULATED?
    Rent Calculation Explained Rent is calculated based on the weekly rate. Here’s how we work it out: Convert weekly rent to daily rate e.g. $360 ÷ 7 = $51.43 per day Multiply by the number of days in the year Regular year: $51.43 × 365 = $18,771.43 Leap year: $51.43 × 366 = $18,822.86 Divide by 12 to get the monthly rent e.g. $18,771.43 ÷ 12 = $1,564.28 per month
  • HOW LONG IS THE CONTRACT PERIOD?
    We offer a fixed 12-month lease for all apartments.
  • CAN I RENT A SINGLE APARTMENT FOR LESS THAN A 12 MONTH LEASE?
    Yes, shorter leases may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the rental rate will vary depending on the length of the contract.
  • I AM NOT A STUDENT, CAN I RENT A SINGLE APARTMENT FROM YOURS?
    No, our accommodations are exclusively available to full-time students only.
  • WHAT FACILITIES ARE THEIR AT THE ACCOMMODATION?
    Facilities at the Accommodation Laundry: Communal laundry room with coin and card-operated washing machines and dryers, plus a vacuum cleaner Parking: Available at both Arnott Street and Wellington Road buildings Common Areas: Spacious study area, TV/lounge area, and a coffee machine for residents to enjoy
  • ARE WASHING MACHINES AND DRYERS INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
    No, laundry facilities are available on-site but use of the washing machines and dryers is not included in the rent. They are coin or card-operated.
  • IS THERE WI-FI?
    Yes, Wi-Fi is included in the rent and is available at both Arnott Street and Wellington Road buildings.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LOCKED OUT?
    If you're locked out after business hours, management can assist you for a service fee. Alternatively, you may contact a locksmith at your own expense.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEYS?
    Keys are expensive to replace and are also important for building security. If keys are lost, a replacement fee will apply to ensure the safety and security of all residents.
  • IS THERE ANY PUBLIC TRANSPORT AROUND?
    Yes, there are excellent public transport options around Monash University Clayton campus, making it convenient to travel to the Melbourne CBD, Chadstone Shopping Centre, and other key destinations.​ 🚌 Bus Services The Monash University Clayton campus features a major bus interchange located on Wellington Road, just a 5-minute walk from our student accommodation. This interchange is serviced by multiple bus routes Route 601: A high-frequency shuttle between Huntingdale Station and the Clayton campus, operating every 4 minutes during peak times.​ Route 630: Connects Elwood to Monash University via Huntingdale Station.​ Route 631: Runs between Waverley Gardens and Southland Shopping Centre, stopping at the Clayton campus. Route 703: Links Blackburn and Middle Brighton, passing through Monash University.​ Route 733: Connects Box Hill Station to Oakleigh Station, with a stop at Monash University.​ Route 900 (SmartBus): Provides a direct connection from Rowville to Caulfield Station, stopping at Monash University and Chadstone Shopping Centre.​ Route 737: Runs between Croydon and Monash University.
